Melanie Mau & Martin Schnella

Gray Matters – Unplugged

It all started with the song „Miracles Out Of Nowhere“ by the well known band Kansas. Melanie Mau and Martin Schnella, both thoroughbred musicians, discovered their passion in making music and this song was the reason to contract it. They rearrange songs of different genres in their own unplugged style to give them an own accent. Both are compositionally gifted, so they are working on own material continuously. Stilistically their music is a mixture of folk rock and progressive influences. Their very own sound comes from the heart, because each song is a real „Gray Matter“.

It is all about the music. They are able to convince just as a duo in a living room but also on a bigger stage as a full band line-up. The audience catches fire!
